What started back in 2006 as a “fun” exercise by two retired consultants to help a friend create a real estate business that could grow and thrive in falling real estate market, has turned into an exciting opportunity for select agents to use the same proven systems to go make more money. The result is LGM3 LLC.
Today LGM3 provides proven training, coaching, and internet marketing solutions to help real estate professionals everywhere capitalize on the growing influence of the internet in making life’s biggest buying decisions for everyday Americans. There is no question that the internet continues to intertwine itself into the fabric of everyday life, and its use in making real estate buying/selling decisions is no exception. But what continues to amaze us, is just how few real estate professionals really understand how to use the internet as an integral component of a balanced, growing real estate business. In fact, what we find is most agents actually do more to drive away business with their outdated perceptions and approaches than they do to attract or capitalize on it. That’s no way to make more money.
We know, and we’ve proven, that the opportunity is there for agents to grow, thrive and make money in today’s down market. In fact, we believe a variety of factors make now the best time to invest and “stake a claim” on the internet as leader in real estate. Those that act now will be positioned for the best business they’ve ever had when the real estate market turns around. We feel so strongly about this opportunity, that we teamed up to create a company where our members can rally under our battle cry: Let’s Go Make More Money!

Bill Brown
Retired consultant takes on the real estate industry.
Having spent years climbing the ladder to become a partner in the world’s largest consulting firm, Bill figured he was done with that life when he retired in 2002.
“After you’ve spent years at the top consulting firm, working with some of the biggest and most successful companies in the world; coaching and mentoring their executives, designing innovative applications of technology and processes, and changing entire industries, you figure there is nowhere else you’d ever want to go work. So when I retired, I always assumed that was it. I was on to another chapter in my life.”
Bill brings to LGM3 his vast experience of driving change and creating value at companies in such diverse industries as retail sales, mining, telecom, automotive, hotels, and steel production. In addition, Bill has done work for companies around the U.S., in China, the Philippines, and India, giving him a truly global perspective. Today Bill is one of the founding partners of LGM3 LLC, and in his own words is “having a blast!”

In recent years Bill has really come to know the ins and outs of the real estate industry having founded and run his own successful commercial real estate investment company, and property management company. Today, Bill and his wife live in Cumming, Georgia with their two sons and a daughter adopted from Ukraine. In addition to helping run LGM3 and his other interests, Bill is actively involved in on the Board at his children’s school, at his local church, and pursuing his many hobbies.
